You must have a power level of 10,000,000 to come in here. only 2 users can come in here in one day you can train in here all day. a user can only train in this room 2 times. after trainning in this room your power level will go up drastically.

Rulebook
I have a new training rule,you can spare with some one,if you defeat some one equal you get a 1.05x boost if you fight someone 2x stronger you get a 1.08x boost if you fight some one 3x times or more 1.2-1.5x. also you must have 20 health points left after a battle at the highest to get zenkai boost. zenkai boosts will be between a 1.01x - 1.05 boost. also every character starts at 500.
